1. Only IIA members in good standing are eligible to register for IIA Awards.
2. Enter your 10 digit IIA registered mobile number to validate the form.
Name, Email ID and Membership number will be auto filled as per IIA membership database.
In case the Name, Email ID or the mobile number is incorrect, the applicant may send an Email to both info@iianationalawards.com and iiapublication@gmail.com requesting rectification.
In case the Name, Email ID or the membership number does not show, there may be a problem with the membership status.
i. The applicant may check their membership status by logging in to "member login" at https://nextgen.indianinstituteofarchitects.com/#/login and if found to be a defaulter or inactive, make indicated payment and proceed with registration after 48 hours.
ii. If membership status indicates "active", there may be a problem with data not being available with IIA. The applicant may send an Email to both info@iianationalawards.com and iiapublication@gmail.com requesting inclusion of that data.
3.Enter your GST number (Optional).
4.Select Single Author or Multiple Authors from “Registering for” drop down menu (In case of multiple authors registering, verify that all registering authors are members of the IIA in good standing and thereafter fill the names of co-authors from the drop down list of IIA registered members.)
(PLEASE NOTE: In the event that your entry is adjudged to be awarded, only one plaque and certificate will be given per entry but it will mention the name of all the registered co-authors listed under the entry.) (To Refer Category guidelines before proceeding)

5. Select Award Category from the drop down menu (Book or Research paper or Women Architects in the forefront or Emerging Practice or Others).
A. Select appropriate category from the Next Award Category drop down
B. Select appropriate Award sub category from the Next drop down
C. Enter Name of the Project
6. Accept all declarations to proceed.
7. On selecting the submit icon, the payment gateway will open.
8. Make payment through the payment gateway.
9. On completion of payment, an automated receipt shall be sent to your registered email address.
GST invoice will be sent to the registered email address 3-5 working days after payment confirmation at the bank.
10. On payment confirmation, an Unique Registration code for each entry will be sent to the registered email address. (Retain this unique registration code for entering into the submission portal).
11. Same process to be repeated separately for project registrations having varied author composition.
In case of shortlisted entries the sole author/nominated author in case of multiple co-authors shall be permitted to present at the Final Jury.
Transportation and Twin sharing accommodation will be provided only for the presenting author.
